Road Construction Updates

Cliff Avenue will be closed in front of our Sioux Falls clinic starting April 6^th, and will be closed all summer.  Please see the map and directions below for an alternate route to our clinic while Cliff Avenue is closed.

Coming From the North: Take Cliff Ave south to 69^th St.   Turn right on 69^th St.  Head west for one block and turn left on Tomar Rd.   Take Tomar Rd south for two long blocks.  Turn left on 77^th St.  Head east for one long block and our clinic is on the left side of the street.

Coming From the South:   Take Minnesota Ave. north to 69^th St.  Turn right on 69^th St and head east.   Go almost one full mile and turn right on Tomar Rd (One block before Cliff Ave).   Take Tomar Rd. south two long blocks.   Turn left on 77^th St.  Head east for one long block and our clinic is on the left side of the street.

Coming From the East:  Take 69^th St. one block west past Cliff Ave.   Turn left and head south on Tomar Rd.   Take Tomar Rd. south for two long blocks.   Turn left on 77^th St.   Head east for one long block and our clinic is on the left side of the street.

Coming From the West:  Take 69^th St west until one block before you get to Cliff Ave.   Turn right on Tomar Rd.   Head south on Tomar Rd for two long blocks.   Turn left on 77^th St.   Head east for one long block and our clinic is on the left side of the street.
