What to Expect on your First Visit
Your doctor will start off your appointment by taking a thorough health history. Next, your doctor will perform a thorough examination of the area or areas of concern to really determine the cause of your problem. After the diagnosis has been revealed, the doctor will put in place a treatment plan that is best suited to your needs and your condition. Treatments often consist of adjustments and appropriate therapies and rehabilitation. This treatment plan is designed to get you feeling better as fast as possible. Your doctor will recommend what he/she feels is the best option for you and will recommend any additional follow-up visits if need be during your appointment.
What to Bring with you to your First Visit
We will need a copy of your health insurance card, a photo ID and your new patient paperwork. For your convenience, we have provided a link below to the new patient paperwork. You can fill it out and bring it to your first appointment.
